Agent Denies Russell Crowe/Ridley Scott Rift

A Hollywood agent representing both actor Russell Crowe and director Ridley Scott has denied the pair has fallen out over their new movie Nottingham.

The duo has teamed up for the upcoming film, the story of mythical English outlaw Robin Hood, which is their fourth movie project together.

The picture, which will begin filming in the U.K. in March, has been hit by rumours of an ongoing feud between Crowe and Scott, with some internet gossips suggesting the actor is angling to get the filmmaker replaced.

But a spokesperson for George Freeman, of Hollywood talent agency William Morris, who represents both stars, is adamant that the rumours are not true, insisting the pair attended a pre-production meeting last week (beg15Dec08) and everything went smoothly.

The rep tells New York Post gossip column PageSix, "There is absolutely no truth to this (rumour)."IMDB
